Now almost all brokers have the same spreads on currencies and in principle on major instruments, plus minus something does not play a role But Amega as it turned out has the lowest (three times less with competitors) spreads on agro CFDs (wheat, especially). I think it is a promising broker, with great rates and superb customer support. My onboarding was very smooth. Assets universe choice is on par with industry standards, though commissions are near to zero.
