The voting process runs throughout the calendar year, with the final voting date determined by the Traders Awards Team.
Each person is allowed up to five votes per day. Authorization may be required.
An enhanced voting system helps the Traders Awards Team detect and reject artificially generated votes. If cheating is detected, the administration reserves the right to disqualify the nominee.
Companies participating in any Traders Fair event during the year are automatically nominated based on the provided guidelines. Companies that have not participated in a Traders Fair event must submit a nomination form on the Traders Awards website.
Final results and winners will be announced on the official Traders Awards website at the end of the year. The official award ceremony takes place during the last Traders Fair event of the year.
